About Lavender & Latitude

At Lavender & Latitude, we believe in the power of roots and horizons, in finding stillness where you are and courage to journey beyond.

Lavender represents calm, healing, and growth. It reminds us to breathe deeply, to find peace in the present moment, and to nurture ourselves so we can bloom fully.

Latitude symbolizes exploration, movement, and connection across the globe. It carries us beyond our comfort zones, inviting us to expand our view, experience new cultures, and create meaningful connections with people near and far.

Together, Lavender & Latitude is more than just a name, it is a vision. It is about creating spaces where people can come together to grow, blossom, and discover themselves through community, yoga, and travel.

Our retreats and gatherings are not just events; they are opportunities to pause, reconnect, and share experiences that leave lasting roots and wide-open horizons. Whether it’s glamping under the stars, flowing through yoga at sunrise, or traveling to new places as a community, we believe transformation happens when people and experiences meet with intention.

This space is for you, for us, and for all who seek balance between grounding and growth.

Because life is not just about where we are, it’s about where we allow ourselves to go.

About Our Founder

Raised in the small town of Lake Wales, Florida, Saige Carson learned early on the beauty of simplicity, closeness, and grounding, values that still shape everything she creates today. But her spirit was always pulled toward new horizons.

When she moved to Miami, she fell in love with yoga and the welcoming community that quickly became like family. Inspired by how grounding and uplifting the practice felt, Saige followed her heart and became a certified yoga instructor.

Alongside yoga, Saige has always loved planning trips and bringing people together. Lavender & Latitude is her way of weaving those passions into one space, creating retreats and gatherings where people can pause, share experiences, and explore the world with intention.
